Came from Blacksburg to have dinner here with friends, ordered at the counter and sat in the food court so wasn’t expecting much but it was incredible!!!! I got the spicy miso ramen. The broth, egg, pork, and noodles were all amazing. Friends got the tonkotsu ramen and a katsu sandwich (a special I think), both said it was really good. Overall, the food was fire!

By far best ramen I have ever had. I ordered the spicy miso ramen and the brisket tacos and both were phenomenal, ramen the perfect balance of spicy, savory, sweet. Even the egg was perfectly soft boiled. Tacos were crispy and to die for. If I could give this place ten stars I would.

Amazing ramen spot. It doesn’t matter what protein/meat you get if you do get protein/meat, it’s fully cooked, very flavorful and tender as can be, as well the ramen and sauce it’s in. They seasoned everything just right and tbh eating here reminds me of the anime “Naruto”ramen restaurant he always go to. I see why he’s addicted lol.

I see a lot of posts saying this was the “best ramen they ever had.” I agree. Ordered the tonkotsu ramen with spicy miso added in and I was amazed at the flavor. It was slightly sweet, which was quite unique and can’t say I’ve ever had anything like it. It was also perfectly salty, savory, and had an umami after taste that coaxed you into your next bite. The staff member, whose name I didn’t quite catch, will be seeing me a lot going forward!

For the past few years, I have had an insatiable craving for GOOD ramen, whenever and however I could get it. Friend of mine recommended this place to me, so I went here for dinner. I was extremely impressed and came back for a second experience. Both times were amazing. The broth was savory, the noodles were al dente cooked perfectly, the extras like the enoki mushrooms were so delicious. If I lived closer downtown, I would be a regular here. Highly recommend this place.

The food here is absolutely exceptional. Every. Single. Time! You can tell that the gentleman who runs the restaurant has a genuine passion for what he does; every time we enter he has remembered our order and asks for feedback. The service is almost as great as the food. I recommend Sticks and Spoons to anyone who’s looking for amazing, unique food downtown. Make sure to ask about the specials!

Didn't have to put much thought to this. The Tonkatsu Ramen I tried here is simply fantastic. Noodles to perfect. Firm but not soggy. Flavors abound. Generous with the scallions and ginger imparting a slightly sharp and noticeabe sweetness. If your prefer the spicy they have offerings. Maybe I'll get around to trying when back in the area. Don't forget the takoyaki. Always a perfect pair to Ramen and they do it just as well. I liked the bit extra scallions and the flavor it added. The octopus is also tender and larger than usual pieces.
